HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
In order to complete your booking, you must secure your session with a 40% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before your session. Travel and studio fees will be added depending on the location (Outside the Austin area).

what is the expected wait time for the photos and how are they shared?
Each photo session will take some time in creating the most high quality photos possible. After selection of photos, allow Visions by Porter a grace period of 1-2 weeks for editing. Photos will be shared through a photo gallery

What if i want to require a studio for my session?
BOOKING THE STUDIO IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. The client must also confirmed their studio booking details at least 48 hours prior to their session.

What happens if the client is late or needs to reschedule/cancel?
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOU TO ARRIVE EARLY OR ON TIME. A late fee of $20 will be added to all sessions if the clients is around 15 minutes late. After 30 MINUTES, the photography session will be cancelled and the first deposit will not be refunded. If you want to book a new photo session, a new direct deposit will need to be paid. All clients that need to reschedule their session must notify me at least 72 HOURS in advance. The deposit WILL BE TRANSFERRED to a future session once notified. If NOT NOTIFIED in time, the deposit WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED.
Weather, medical, or any other form of emergency will be allowed for the client to reschedule.
The reason for asking for photo consent is so I can use any work from my sessions for promotional purposes, such as my website, social media, and marketing materials. A contract will be sent to you alongside your booking in which it will outline these terms, ensuring that my you have full transparency over how your images are used.

Do you travel?
Yes, I do! I am based in Austin, TX. I occasionally shoot in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. Travel within 25 miles of central Austin is included in all standard package rates. For locations beyond 25 miles, a flat regional travel fee will apply to cover drive time and vehicle expenses.
