HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
In order to complete your booking, you must secure your session with a 40% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before your session. Travel and studio fees will be added depending on the location (Outside the Austin area).

what is the expected wait time for the photos and how are they shared?
Each photo session will take some time in creating the most high quality photos possible. The editing process will range from 7 - 14 days (Up to 3 weeks or more for events and weddings) for all edits to be fully completed and shared through a photo gallery.

What if i want to require a studio for my session?
BOOKING THE STUDIO IS THE CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY. The client must also confirmed their studio booking details at least 48 hours prior to their session.

What happens if the client is late or needs to reschedule/cancel?
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOU TO ARRIVE EARLY OR ON TIME.
A 15 minute grace period is allowed. If you're 30 minutes late, then the shoot will be canceled and the deposit will serve as the cancelation fee. For any cancellations or needing to reschedule, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If the client is a NO SHOW, then the appointment will be cancelled with the deposit being forfeited.

Why do i ASK FOR PHOtO CONSENT while booking a session?
The reason for asking for photo consent is so I can use any work from my sessions for promotional purposes, such as my website, social media, and marketing materials. A contract will be sent to you alongside your booking in which it will outline these terms, ensuring that my you have full transparency over how your images are used.

what happens if my session has to be cancelled due to weather?
For any outdoor locations, cancellations due to weather will be determined by the photographer. Your appointment will be rescheduled with no additional charges.
