Policy - Visions by Porter

Prior to booking, all clients must fill out my contact form before further communication.
A NON_REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of 50% of the total cost of your session is required to secure your date and time. This deposit gives me clarification that you have read through and agree with ALL policies with Visions by Porter. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your session. All payments can be made through the invoice, CashApp, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
A late fee of $20 will be added to all sessions if the clients is around 15 minutes late.
After 30 MINUTES, the photography session will be cancelled and the first deposit will not be refunded. If you want to book a new photo session, a new direct deposit will need to be paid.

I AM BASED IN AUSTIN, TX. I occasionally shoot in San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. Travel within 25 miles of central Austin is included in all standard package rates. For locations beyond 25 miles, a flat regional travel fee will apply to cover drive time and vehicle expenses.
For any early morning/late-night sessions 2 or more hours away, a flat $150 overnight fee will be added to cover hotel accommodations so I can arrive on time and fully rested.

All clients will receive image proofs from their session no more than 48 HOURS after their session. Proofs are low-res unedited photos that allow clients to choose which photos that they want edited. These photos are WATERMARKED to keep clients from sharing or posting. Any client who attempts to remove the watermark from these photos will result in a PERMANENT BAN from Visions By Porter.
Any Client who wants the high-quality unedited photos from their session can purchase them with an additional fee of $150.
Request for additional edits will cost around $10 for 5 edited photos.
If wanting to do your session in a studio, please note that it is the CLIENT's RESPONSIBILITY to book it and it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that the client arrives at least 15 MINUTES EARLY.
All final edits will be edited with Visions By Porter Photography's signature editing style. Clients CANNOT edit with the FINAL EDIT of the photos; if there is something that you would like to be changed, please let the photographer know, and he will try to accommodate. Failure to adhere to this will result in a ban from booking with Visions By Porter for any future sessions.

All clients that need to reschedule their session must notify me at least 72 HOURS in advance.
The deposit WILL BE TRANSFERRED to a future session once notified. If NOT NOTIFIED in time, the deposit WILL NOT BE TRANSFERRED.
Weather, medical, or any other form of emergency will be allowed for the client to reschedule.
In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer. Visions By Porter will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the shoot package.
